At Kinder World, I led organic growth through innovative marketing strategies, developed and refined our brand identity, and built strategic partnerships with government, industry, investors, media, artists, and influencers. I represented Kinder World at leading industry events (SXSW Sydney, Melbourne International Games Week), and conducted detailed monthly tracking and measuring of our brand health via Hootsuite Analytics, as well as surveys, polls, interviews, and focus groups.

In my role leading the creative department of an independent agency, 10 Feet Tall won several pitches, expanded the team, and pushed the creative envelope for clients like Life Education, Rossi Boots, Paintback, and Artline.

During my tenure at Ogilvy I played a pivotal role in several large pitch wins, and created work that was recognised in award shows across the APAC region. My client list expanded to include global brands like Cadbury and Coca-Cola, and big-name locals like AAMI Insurance, King Island Dairy, and the State Government of Victoria.

My first foray into advertising was at the legendary McCann Melbourne, where I made the most of the opportunity to work on iconic, household name brands, including L’Oreal Paris, Maybelline New York, The University of Melbourne, Tigerair, Australian Unity, and AGL Energy. I learned what it took to make good, effective creative advertising from some of the best in the business.
